Our apartment building is on Porsche Allee, in the quiet yet central location of Zell am See Süd, where you are in the thick of the action, but can still enjoy tranquillity and relaxation. The nature conservation area is the starting point for lovely winter and summer hikes, Nordic-Walking and cycle tours, jogging circuits around the lake, while access to the cross-country trail is just a few metres away.

Our building is equipped with a sauna, a fitness room, a common room with small kitchen and TV, a ski room with heated ski shoe dryer, a laundry service, bread delivery service, sun terrace with sun lounger, table tennis and a garage for bicycles and motorbikes.
